CREDIT CARD CHARGE, AUTHORIZATION, AND INSURANCE AGREEMENT
All Deposits/Sales are final.
All cancellations must be in writing.
All Change Request must be made in writing.
Change fees may apply for any changes made on a deposited reservation and will be determined at the time of any request.
BY SUBMITTING BELOW; I ACKNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTAND THE CANCELLATION, CHANGE AND REFUND POLICIES OUTLINED.
I ALSO AGREE TO THE CHARGE ENTERED BELOW AND WILL PAY IN FULL ALL AMOUNTS CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD
Insurance: We highly recommend Travel Insurance. If you would like to request this additional option, please notate this in the "Comment" section below or email The Travel Shop.
- It is understood that Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance can be added at the time of Deposit or before the date of travel. The client will notify The Travel Shop in writing if the client chooses to do so. I understand that certain coverage's may be diminished by waiting.
Client understands and agrees that the package components including but not limited to air fare, accommodations, tickets, transfers, rental cars, etc. are nonrefundable; unless otherwise stated. As such, Client agrees that Client will NOT charge-back or otherwise deny charges made to Client's credit card or other account.
I Hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless The Travel Shop, its employees, agents, organizers, sponsors, tour suppliers, etc; from any and all liability in conjunction with the travelers vacation/trip experience.
All Sales Final -AGREE
Client further agrees that should the client pursue a charge-back or otherwise attempt to contest such nonrefundable charges, client agrees to reimburse The Travel Shop (it agents and employees) for any and all costs associated with collection of such nonrefundable amounts including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees.
